By placing an order on castlerydeal.my, you agree to the following terms.
Independent brand
Castlerydeal is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Castlery, Castlery.com, or any other furniture brand, retailer, or manufacturer. Any similarity in product category or style is coincidental.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep inventory accurate, but stock levels can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and cancel that item from your order.
Product descriptions and images
We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings or material differences. These variations are not considered defects.
Limitation of liability
Castlerydeal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the courts located in Pueblo County, Colorado.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
