Castlerydeal accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- PayPal
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and charge a foreign transaction fee. We do not control or receive any portion of those fees.
Payment processing
When you place an order, your payment is authorized at checkout and captured when the order is confirmed for processing. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will cancel that portion and release the authorization.
Security
Checkout is protected by SSL encryption. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Card payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor. PayPal transactions are processed entirely through PayPal’s secure system.
Failed payments
If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed. You may retry with a different payment method. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at info@castlerydeal.my before initiating a chargeback. We can usually resolve the issue faster than a bank dispute.
