Delivery area
We ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time may begin processing on the following business day.
Delivery time
After your order leaves our facility, delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is generally 4–7 business days.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for all orders within our delivery area. There are no additional shipping charges added at checkout.
Carrier selection
We use third-party logistics carriers that are licensed and insured to deliver within the United States. The carrier assigned to your order is selected at the time of shipment based on your delivery address and the size of the item(s). We do not guarantee a specific carrier at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@castlerydeal.my. We can only update an address before the order ships. Once an order is in transit, address changes are not possible.
Lost or damaged shipments
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, email us with your order number and we will open a claim. For items damaged in transit, please follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Taxes and duties
Because we ship only within the contiguous United States, customs duties are not applicable. Any applicable sales tax, if required, will be shown at checkout.
